Dr. Victor Jaeger
Pastor Victor Jaeger was born in Trujillo, Peru. God has allowed him a varied cross-cultural experience, as he has worked on five continents as a business administrator and with the Church.

His first missionary position was as a lay pastor in the United States. He worked full-time in the international company Primo Microphones, Inc., where he supported the formation and planting of the Hispanic Church in Lewisville, Texas, in 1992.

He worked for Japanese companies for 15 years as an engineer, traveling and interacting with 23 countries. He did marketing and negotiations with Telmex, Dell, AT&T, Motorola, TelMex, Nortel, Shure, and Sennheiser. He started in the business sector as a technician, later achieving the position of general manager and division director in the transnational company Primo Microphones, Inc., for whom he planted two factories.

In 2013 for the first time, he worked as a pastor in Peru at the Villa Union Church - UpeU. A University Church of 3,000 members and 5,000 students.

His primary interest is the God of Mission, Mission, planting new churches, training and formation of missional pastors. As a full-time pastor, he has planted 11 churches in the United States.

In 2018 he earned his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) with a major in Missiology (Intercultural Studies) from Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He holds a degree in Systems Engineering from the University in Monterrey, Mexico, a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Southwestern Adventist University, Master of Arts in Pastoral Ministry & M.Div Equi.from Andrews University.

He teaches as an Adjunct Professor in the graduate School of Theology at the Peruvian Union University, and he serves in the D.Min. Program as a Dissertation Academic Advisor and Guest Lecturer Professor at Andrews Theological Seminary in Berrien Springs, MI.
